Closing Funds
Please be advised that all
closing funds must be submitted to our office in the form of a wire transfer. We can
no longer accept cashiers or certified checks for same day disbursements. Please contact
our office for wire instructions.
Title Policy and Original Recorded Documents
Title policies and original recorded documents will be forwarded to you approximately four
weeks after your closing date.

Our office is located at 2958 1st Avenue N. in the historic Kenwood neighborhood of St.
Petersburg, Florida.
TRAVELLING
SOUTHBOUND ON I-275? Take the 5th Avenue N. Exit (Exit 11). Proceed straight
through the stop light at the end of the exit ramp. The next stop light you will come to
is 1st Avenue N. Turn right on 1st Avenue N. and continue west for approximately ½ mile.
Proceed through the light at 28th Street and we are approximately 1.5 blocks on the
left.
TRAVELLING
NORTHBOUND ON I-275? Take the 31st Street Exit to the stop sign at the end of the
ramp. Turn left onto 31st Street and continue north to 1st Avenue S. Turn right on 1st
Avenue S. and continue east to 28th Street. Turn left onto 28th Street and continue north
two blocks to 1st Avenue N. Turn left onto 1st Avenue N. and we will be approximately
1.5 blocks on your left.
