Closing Funds
If it is necessary for you to bring
funds to closing, it must be in the form of a certified check, cashiers check or money
order made payable to Sanders Title Company. You may also wire funds into our account
using the following wiring instructions. Please remember that all wires must be ordered at
least 24 hours prior to closing to ensure availability of funds at closing.

Title policies and original recorded documents will be forwarded to you approximately four
weeks after your closing date.
Directions to Sanders Title Company
Our office is located at 2837 1st Avenue N. in the historic Kenwood neighborhood of St.
Petersburg, Florida. Our building is a house that has been converted into offices & is
gray in color. There is a Sanders Title Company sign on the front of the building.
TRAVELLING
SOUTHBOUND ON I-275? Take the 5th Avenue N. Exit (Exit 11). Proceed straight
through the stop light at the end of the exit ramp. The next stop light you will come to
is 1st Avenue N. Turn right on 1st Avenue N. and continue west for approximately ½ mile.
Proceed through the light at 28th Street. Once you have crossed the intersection at 28th
Street, we will be the 2nd building on your right.
TRAVELLING
NORTHBOUND ON I-275? Take the 31st Street Exit to the stop sign at the end of the
ramp. Turn left onto 31st Street and continue north to 1st Avenue S. Turn right on 1st
Avenue S. and continue east to 28th Street. Turn left onto 28th Street and continue north
one block to 1st Avenue N. Turn left onto 1st Avenue N. and we will be the 2nd building on
your right.
