Christopher C. Sanders
Christopher C. Sanders is a native Floridian and has lived in the St. Petersburg area since 1995. Chris attended Florida State University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate. He then attended Stetson University where he earned his Master of Business Administration and Stetson University College of Law where he achieved his Juris Doctorate degree.
Chris entered the real estate business in college where he became a licensed real estate salesperson and later a licensed real estate broker specializing in the listing and sale of student housing. He then moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he worked as a commercial real estate analyst for CB Commercial Real Estate Services. While in law school he opened and operated a real estate referral service.
Chris founded Sanders Law Group, PA in 2000 and Sanders Title Company in 2001, and he is actively engaged in both. He has extensive experience representing lenders, developers and investors in all aspects of commercial and residential transactions.
Chris regularly negotiates, documents and closes (i) complex secured financing transactions on behalf of institutional lenders, commercial equity groups and investor borrowers, (ii) commercial leasing transactions ranging from single tenant facilities to multiple tenant retail centers, (iii) residential and commercial real property transactions, and (iv) business asset and stock sale transactions. He currently serves on the Attorney’s Title Fund Services advisory council.
